Sherilyn Kaye Edwards Involved with Schools

For as long as she can remember, Sherilyn Kaye Edwards has known that complete education and thriving school systems were vital to the success of the community. As she came to understand this need more deeply, Sherilyn Kaye Edwards reached out. She was eager to find ways in which she could help alleviate the issues found inside so many modern schools.

First, Sherilyn Kaye Edwards began to work as a substitute nurse in schools around her local area. Her work in the schools as a volunteer nurse allowed Sherilyn Kaye Edwards to get a better understanding of the difficulties facing many of the schools, and also allowed Sherilyn Kaye Edwards to begin to meet the needs of students on a daily basis.

Sherilyn Kaye Edwards’s determination to help the schools continued to grow. As her next step, she began to work as a substitute teacher as well as a substitute nurse. As a substitute teacher, Sherilyn Kaye Edwards was given the opportunity to interact with children throughout the day. Her willingness to work closely with children for a prolonged period of time allowed Sherilyn Kaye Edwards to build up her influence with the children.

As the substitute teaching continued, Sherilyn Kaye Edwards began to see that there was more that could be done. Sherilyn Kaye Edwards’s willingness to work directly with these cases on a day-to-day basis helped the children develop a love for learning at an early age that she hoped would stay with them throughout their career.

Sherilyn Kaye Edwards has been involved with the school system in many different capacities, and intends to continue that involvement. Her community is grateful for Sherilyn Kaye Edwards, who has proven her commitment to education, her generosity of spirit, and her comprehensive understanding of the important of every community member.
